Job Description:
1. Responsible for processing orders, following up on orders, tracking production progress, and coordinating logistics arrangements;
2. Coordinate communication and solve problems between customers, warehouses, logistics, and factories;
3. Responsible for conducting follow-up visits to customers and establishing good customer relationships;
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in office software operation skills;
2. Have experience in foreign trade follow-up and be able to independently follow up on orders;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and customer-centric service awareness;
